REGISTERING FOR THE IELTS® TEST
Find your nearest IELTS centreFind your nearest IELTS centre and check the test dates to find options that suit you. Note the deadline for registering for each test date.
Print the IELTS Application Form or collect a copy from the test centre. Complete the form and sign it.
In some centres, candidates may be able to register for the test online. Please refer to the test centre's website for further information.
Take a photocopy of your current passport - this must be valid and not expired.
Take your application into your IELTS test centre with your money. If you send it by mail, please talk to your centre about the method of payment.
Once you have registered, the test centre will confirm your IELTS test date, time and venue. The Speaking test can be up to 7 days before or after the test date.

rescheduling or canceling a test appointmentIn certain situations you may need to postpone or cancel your test.
If you cancel your test or request a transfer five weeks or more before the test date, the test centre will charge an administration fee of INR 2750
