The Statement of Purpose (SOP) is a statement of your academic and career goals and background. It is one of the four most important documents that admission committees will use to evaluate you as a candidate for higher studies. (The others are recommendation letters, transcripts and your scores for the GRE® test). Having a good SOP can often compensate for an ordinary academic record and a modest score, making it possible for even an average student to get admission to a good University and obtain financial assistance. To help you prepare a good SOP we put you through a workshop and personal sessions with our SOP counselors.
